The plant, projected to be operational in 2023, will produce advanced biofuels from recycled raw materials to be used in aircraft, trucks, or cars.The plant will have an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of hydrobiodiesel, biojet, bionaphtha, and biopropane. Repsol will build the first low-emissions advanced biofuels plant in Spain at its refinery in Cartagena.
